網(wǎng)易說(shuō)有道神經(jīng)翻譯媲美專業(yè)八級(jí) 我們?cè)嚵嗽?/h1>

語(yǔ)言不通很尷尬，如果用的翻譯軟件翻譯的不對(duì)那就更尷尬了。

最近網(wǎng)易有道宣布自家自主研發(fā)的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)翻譯(Neural Machine Translation,以下簡(jiǎn)稱NMT)技術(shù)正式上線，由網(wǎng)易有道與網(wǎng)易杭州研究院歷時(shí)兩年合力研發(fā)，將服務(wù)于有道詞典、有道翻譯官、有道翻譯網(wǎng)頁(yè)版、有道e讀等產(chǎn)品。

簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)就是通過(guò)人工智能技術(shù)讓翻譯變得更智能，翻譯工具可以對(duì)句子進(jìn)行拆分并理解句子的意思，讓翻譯出來(lái)的句子更像人話。

網(wǎng)易說(shuō)從翻譯界通用的BLEU值評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)來(lái)看，此次在有道上線的NMT在新聞文章、英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)及口語(yǔ)等場(chǎng)景下的英文翻譯，做得比同類國(guó)際產(chǎn)品更加出色。

作為一個(gè)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)畢業(yè)的媒體人，我來(lái)對(duì)全新的有道翻譯做了次橫向?qū)Ρ取?/p>

先來(lái)個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的專八翻譯考題：別跟他較勁了。他一根筋，你還不知道？

有道的答案是：Don"t compare yourself with him. You don"t know?

百度的答案是：Don"t fight him. Don"t you know that he is a man?

Google的答案是：Do not compete with him. He is a bar, you do not know?

微軟的答案是：Don"t compete with him. He"s a tendon, you don"t know?

人類的答案是：Stop reasoning with him. Don’t you know he is one track-minded.

可以看到微軟和Google的答案都偏向于按照原有語(yǔ)序進(jìn)行翻譯，百度看上去像是進(jìn)行了網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索給出了相近的答案。有道沒有按照原有語(yǔ)序進(jìn)行翻譯，給出的答案雖算不上準(zhǔn)確但也還算沾邊。

試題2是：真沒想到小高那么沒骨氣，竟然嫁給了坑害過(guò)她父親的人。

這句話的難點(diǎn)在于相對(duì)于第一個(gè)句子，這句話的斷句難度更高，并且“小高”這個(gè)人名，也不容易被機(jī)器察覺。

有道的答案是：I was surprised to learn that xiaogao had married the man who had murdered her father.

百度的答案是：I did not expect a small high so spineless, was married to her father who had hurt.

Google的答案是：I did not expect a small high so no backbone, even married to the people who harm her father.

微軟的答案是：I did not think of a small high so no backbone, unexpectedly married to the person who had been to her father.

人類的答案是：I’m surprised to learn that XiaoGao had married the man who had once done her father in. She really has no guts.

百度和微軟的答案幾乎完全錯(cuò)誤的，Google不出意料的把“小高”做了直譯，有道的翻譯和上一道題的表現(xiàn)一致，翻譯雖然不是完全準(zhǔn)確，但幾乎表達(dá)了句子的意思。另外在句子分割方面，有道可能理解了“小高”這是個(gè)人名。

為了進(jìn)一步測(cè)試對(duì)于句子的分割理解能力，我決定拿出這句話：今日我做作業(yè)王叔叔來(lái)家玩做完作業(yè)后叔叔夸我做得好叔叔親了我媽媽也親了我。

這句完全沒有斷句的話，之前我給國(guó)內(nèi)某廠商的手機(jī)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試過(guò)斷句，給出的回答是：今日/我/做作業(yè)/王叔叔/來(lái)/家/玩/做完/作業(yè)/后/叔叔/夸/我/做得好/叔叔/親了/我媽媽/也/親了我。

這樣的回答…你爸爸可能不太高興。雖然這樣的句子僅供娛樂(lè)，但我們還是讓4種翻譯軟件都試了試。

有道的答案是：Today I was doing homework uncle wang came home to do my homework and my uncle praised my good uncle and my mother kissed me.

百度的答案是：Today, I do my homework, Uncle Wang came to his house. After he finished his homework, he praised me for doing well.

Google的答案是：Today I do homework Wang Shushu home to play after the homework uncle boast my good uncle pro my mother also kiss me.

微軟的答案是：Today, I do homework Uncle Wang to home to play finish homework after Uncle Kua I do good uncle kissed my mother also kissed me.

感覺有道確實(shí)還準(zhǔn)確些，不過(guò)以上內(nèi)容純屬調(diào)侃，不應(yīng)作為參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

最后來(lái)翻譯點(diǎn)正經(jīng)的：虎嗅，有視角的商業(yè)資訊交流平臺(tái)。

有道的答案：Tiger sniff, a business information platform that has a perspective.

百度的答案：Tiger sniffing, with a view of business information exchange platform.

Google的答案：Tiger sniff, a business platform for business information exchange.

微軟的答案：Tiger smell, a visual angle of business information exchange platform.

人類的答案：Huxiu.com, a perfect media platform.
